Erika Rems – Metuchen: Freshman Erika Rems is the first Metuchen Athlete in the history of the school to win a GMC Tennis Championship. She won a decisive victory in the finals of the GMC Tournament 6-2, 6-0. She has led the team this season to an undefeated season so far and the Blue Division Championship.
Mya Stolarski – Metuchen: Sophomore Mya Stolarski has scored 21 goals and 15 assists while leading the Bulldogs to an 11-4 season and the seventh seed in the GMC Soccer Tournament.
Edisamir Caraballo – Perth Amboy Tech: Eddie has recorded 102 saves so far this season and had a win this past week against Piscataway Tech. The sophomore goalie has worked tirelessly to get better and has become a leader on the field as the year has gone on. With a young team he has excelled while being busy in goal.
Kevin Sousa – Sayreville: Kevin had the game winning goal against Colonia this past week and netted an additional one against Woodbridge helping the team to a 2-1 record this week. He also had an assist. He played goalie for the team’s injured keeper making two saves in two chances against White Division champion South Plainfield.
Allison Attardi – Sayreville: Allison had one goal and two defensive saves in the teams win this past week.
Marcus Cerminaro – South Brunswick: Marcus had six solo tackles, one sack and one interception this past week.
Samantha Rivera – South Brunswick: Sam is a defensive specialist playing the top marking back for the Vikings girl’s soccer team. The senior contained offensive players for wins over East Brunswick and Hightstown this past week.
