How they got here: Old Bridge battled its way into the county final, winning two games by a combined five goals. The tournament started with a 10-8 victory over South Brunswick and then continued with a 6-3 win over top-ranked Monroe in the semifinals.
St. Joseph (Met.) is back in the county final a year after falling to Monroe. The Non-Public squad came in as the No. 3 seed, but that hasn’t stopped it from playing like the favorite. St. Joseph beat J.P. Stevens in the first round and then knocked off second-seeded East Brunswick, 16-12, in the semifinals.
